This year's winter track team did great. The team had a fantastic season under head coach John Vittio. Not to mention one of the schools best throwing performances in history. Steven Grant(Boys Varsity thrower) had a personal record of 50’11ft in the shot put relay and that type of throw put him in the race as one of the best throwers to ever step foot in this school. When Grant was asked about his expectations for this upcoming spring season, he said “My expectations for spring is to win GMC’s and make it to the Meet of Champions” The expectations are big but the sky's the limit for this senior thrower as he prepares to leave his mark here at this school.
