The girl's basketball team is having an amazing season with 9 wins and 9 losses overall. A Junior; Zaniyah Boykins who plays for the team said “ Practice is going well. We prepare for games by going over what we did well and what we could improve on in previous games, and use that as motivation to practice hard so that we perform better in the next game and become better overall professionals and teamsters”. Sadly, the team lost to Sayreville 56 to 40. However, Tara Jennings led the Raiders with 12 points to boost them up a bit. After the loss, the girls are going to kick it to the metal against South Plainfield at 5:30 in North Brunswick on February 2. 2019 .
