The power of TikTok can be underestimated. It can influence people's perceptions on others, it can also lead to various creative trends. These trends can be food blogs, dance trends, transition videos, and/or can be used for educational purposes (school,religion, news information, etc.).

The more views and positive reactions it gets the more the influencers get paid. It is used as a way to give more recognition "to those places/products since it is a very used platform.
People use TikTok for various reasons. Some do it for fun and entertainment, as it allows them to be creative and express themselves. Others enjoy the sense of community and connection that comes from interacting with other users.
TikTok is also a platform where people can showcase their talents and gain recognition. It has many things to do with it and people enjoy how entertaining it is. Khadija Moro, North Brunswick Township High School sophomore states, “I make TikTok videos because they are really entertaining and I enjoy keeping up with the dance trends that happen daily." Overall, TikTok offers a space for people to have fun, be creative, and engage with others who share similar interests.
