NBTHS was closed temporary due to the viral disease that has been spreading. Most people know this disease as "the corona-virus" or "Covid-19". Covid 19 has not only alerted the U.S but also other countries all over the globe. In this article you will be able to figure out more information about this virus and about the online classes that have replaced our learning strategy.
In order to better understand this disease, you have to know its origins and where it came from. The first case of corona-virus was found back in November 17, 2019; when a 55 year old individual from Hubei province in China might've been the first person to have contracted Covid-19. The disease was caused by the new corona-viruses spreading across the globe. The disease if now spreading between people without the help of animal intermediary.
Covid-19 can affect anyone, no matter their race or ethnicity. For most people, the immediate risk of becoming seriously ill from the virus is thought to be low.
Covid-19 is less scary than how the media shows it. There are many simple things you can do to prevent yourself from catching the disease. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, sneezing, going to the bathroom eating or preparing food. Avoid touching any part of your body or anyone else with unwashed hands. Cover your cough or sneeze to prevent any spreading.
As a result due to the spread of Covid-19, NBTHS has been closed temporary to decrease the chances of Covid-19 spreading.
